What we keep, and what we do not

Short version: no account, nothing about you stored, and the file goes straight to your browser.

No account, and no way to make one

There is no sign-up, no login and no password. Building a session and exporting it to your watch needs none of those, so the product does not ask for them and has nowhere to put them.

What leaves your browser

When you press Compose, the four constraints you chose — level, discipline, equipment, goals, emphasis, duration and rest — are sent to our generator so it can build a session. That request carries no name, no email and no identifier for you.

When you export, the session is sent to our encoder, which returns a .FIT or .TCX file. The file is streamed straight back to your browser and is not kept.

What stays on your device

Your theme preference and any guided-session settings are stored in your browser, on your device. They are never sent anywhere and you can clear them by clearing site data.

Share links

A shared session is the one case where something is written down. Choosing Share stores that session so the link can serve it later. The link is the only key to it — do not post one anywhere you would not post the session itself.

Third parties

Session generation is performed by a language-model provider, which receives your constraints and nothing else.

Errors are reported to Sentry so faults can be found and fixed. Donations, if you make one, are processed by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
