FitPorts is made by a small team in Zurich. There is no support queue and no ticket number — messages are read by the people who write the code.

Something is broken

Use the feedback button in the corner of any page. It attaches what you were doing, which is usually the difference between a report we can act on and one we cannot.

A file will not load onto your watch

Tell us the device model and how you transferred the file — cable, Garmin Express, or Connect import. Device behaviour varies more than the file does.

An idea, or a device we should support

The feedback button has a suggestion type. Device requests are worth sending even if the model looks obscure; the export format is the same for most of them.
